This chain is called a "Manin" chain, a unique design made by an old company in Venice, Italy that doesn't exist on the internet ;)). It was named after a historical revolutionary dear to the Venetian people.
The speciality of the design features a thicker hoop design, making the chain appear tight and rope-like. Another unique feature is that it is cut flat on one side along the entire chain, making it sparkle as the light catches the tiny sharp edges.
It's finished off with a small, durable lobster closure.
